Taipei Day 3 - Choosing photos

DSC_5178
Day 3 in Taipei!

Following up from our Day 2 at Taipei post(pre-wedding shoot day), I finally have time to blog about Day 3 which is mostly about choosing our photos for the album. We had time for the first half of the day before going to the bridal studio at 2.30pm. We didn't go far but we explored places nearby our hotel.

Right after the hotel is some alley with lots of fruit and food stalls which was convenient for us. Food over there is quite pricey and if you can't read Chinese characters, you might have a hard time ordering.

What would you like to drink?

We continued walking around and we're pretty amazed at how organize the people at Taipei are; or at least where we were anyway. We went through some stalls and market like section behind the hotel.

We were still walking around, killing time.

We even walked to some MRT station about 1 to 2KM away from the hotel. Nice to see that they even have ticketing machine for the disabled and children.

Looks more advanced than what we have in Malaysia right?

Checked out some elementary school

While snapping some photos in the school's compound, a teacher asked us what we were doing because no visitors were allowed in the school. Whops! Anyway, we apologized and made our way back to the hotel area to rest a little before lunch.

Finally, after much walking and a short rest, we started checking out the stalls near the hotel area for a quick lunch. We actually walked like 2 rounds to figure out what to eat. Everything looks delicious!

By the way, my belly is not THAT big. I had a pouch inside!

It wasn't entirely filling but we wanted some taufufa and luck was on our side. There was a soya bean stall.

Here is another shot of the park near the hotel. Taipei is a little different and to be able to find a park like this, it's relaxing because you're surrounded by mostly skyscrapers.

After lunch, we made our way towards the bridal studio to choose our photos. It was quite a long walk but we still took our time.

Was surprised to find a church at some back alley

Anyway, we don't think its a Catholic church but still, AMEN!

I always get to see furkids around, awesome! Husky!

We love Taipei! Greater Than 3

At the studio, we told on how to select and filter off unwanted photos. To cut the long story short, we have to choose 30 photos out of nearly 450 shots. Time spent at studio? We were there from 2.30pm till 9.30pm. Once everything was confirmed, we made our way back to the hotel but of course,  not before we have our dinner first.

Special homemade chilli and sour veg sauce. As it quite spicy, the aunty only used a little each time for that tangy flavor

Even after finishing our mee suah, we chatted with the aunty a little longer before heading back to hotel. We told her we would be back another day before she goes way for the weekend.

Next up, Day 4 :)
