Finally, updates from Andrew!
Note: Lots of pictures so be patient with the loading time
I have been neglecting my blog. Even if you didn't notice it, I'm sure others will. Been busy with work and gaming. I'm finally bored of Diablo 3. Inferno difficulty is quite ridiculous. Rare items are only dropped from Elite/Champion mobs which kills you in 1 hit(or 2). BUT anyway, I'm bored of that game(finally, right?).
To (re)start things off, I'll update with some SUPER GT Round 3 2012 coverage! For this year, bloggers were also invited to share the news, live coverage as well as their SUPER GT experience during the 2-Day event. For me, I was concentrating more on photography but I did take a screenshot of the final results which I will blog in another entry.
It's been 1 year since the last SUPER GT and I was feeling quite apprehensive. After me and Mike settled down at the paddock media centre, I went to get my photograher's vest and paid a refundable deposit of RM50. Spotted alot of international peeps with their huge high-end cameras and lenses.

Not long after, we headed out to shoot the warm up session for the cars. I wasted quite alot of shots because I couldn't get my settings right. At the end, I got the hang of the panning shooting style.
Once we got the shots we needed, we headed back to rest at the paddock area. Unfortunately for 1 of the team, they were facing some technical difficulty.
Next up, Pitwalk a.k.a Drivers and GT Queen appearance! Anyone who bought the Pitwalk pass will be able to join this session. Drivers and team members will be out to meet the fans while giving out goodies such as stickers.
What I really hate about the pitwalk isn't about the crowd but photographers which disrespects the GT Queens. Some photographers are so sleazy that they tried/took upskirt shots. Even the GT Queens said "Er...Up...Up...." to signal the photographer NOT to take from such an angle.
After the pitwalk, there was a short press conference with some of the peeps at GTA at the media centre. Among them was GTA's Chairman, Mr. Masaaki Bandoh.
Questions that were asked in English was translated by a Japanese translator to ensure a smooth flow during the press conference.
At this point, I was kinda tired but the roaring of engines kept the excitement alive! Not long after, it was the gridwalk session for GT Asia Race! Before the race started, I managed to grab a couple of shots of the teams.
As the race began, 1 of the car had some problems. At least it was still moving. Bad luck I guess.
Back to the pit stop for further checking.
With the race on the way, some friends and I went to check out the Mall area. It was quite a distance and we had to use the underground tunnel to get there.

There was also the dance competition but at the time of taking these pictures, they were just having fun and showing their moves.
Hip Hop yaw!

I've probably missed out on a couple of things and I apologize for that. For me, it was a busy yet fun filled day. Stay tuned for Day 2 of the SUPER GT Round 3 2012 update in the next few days to come.
Take care peeps!
