Terry Fox Run 2011
This year's t-shirt color was a little on the dull side but nevertheless, its all for a good cause. The venue this time is at Padang Merbuk which in my opinion, is better than last year's venue at Titiwangsa. My parents-in-law joined me and wifey this year. We were already planning on walking right from the start because of the crowd and I wanted to take more photos!
We arrived pretty early because I was worried about parking. True enough, I parked near the National Monument hill top. The milo truck was early too but it wasn't time for that yet; damn.
Everyone else was roaming around while I was sort of looking out for friends and snapping away with my camera.
Bread for everyone!
Water too. Thanks Manulife!
I kinda like this shot :D
Those who didn't get to buy the t-shirt earlier still get a chance to buy them
The weather was beautiful
Wifey's relatives were there too!
Smile! Me and wifey
Wifey and her cousin, Emilyn
Support by buying the t-shirts!
Is she buying t-shirts with a cheque book? I'm just kidding, I have no idea.
Shop, shop, shop
You finish WHERE you started, oh wait...
It was starting to get really bright and sunny but still, we wanted to take pictures with the Terry Fox Run backdrop.
I don't know what group this is but anyway, SMILE!
Wifey with her cousins :)
With the rising of the sun, we went back towards the tent area to wait and kill time. So...more photos
T for Terry Fox!

Soon it was time to gather for the warm up session.
The emcee for this year is Yasmin Yusoff
Lovely smile to start off the event!

Thanks Jo for the picture!
Not long after the warm up, it was time to run, walk, or cycle!
One is never too young to join the fun

My father-in-law running alittle :P
Spotted Lionel and Amy with their beautiful baby Rachel
Are we there yet? No.
So more photos!
Kesian.....sampai tidur
Son: Why aren't we running?
Daddy: Too crowded
Son: Okay! :D
Spotted my car on the way back. Parked like a BAWS!
On the way back, we could hear volunteers announcing(or shouting). "THE ROAD IS FOR WHEELS ONLY! PLEASE....ok I forgot the rest.
Are we there yet? No
Finally, the last corner towards Padang Merbuk.
We took a shortcut instead but anyway, the queue for the milo truck was ridiculous as usual so we went to grab some bread and water instead.
They even have "tattoo" for kids!
What do you call this? Sticker glue "painting"?
So that wraps up this year's TFR2011. Till next year, keep on
